I think we all like the idea of a 'restart' date...a day to put old grudges and negativity behind us and move forward with a renewed faith that we can live our best life.
But I agree, we don't have to wait for the new year - we can live our best life at any moment just by deciding to do it!
Good point Connie, Today is the first day of the rest of your life!! As a teenager I had a wall poster that said that very thing. Thanks for reminding me. Let Love Rule,
